The guide staff earns the average income in the Philippines for one tour. Of course, it is up to you to tip them directly if you feel they deserve it.

And the rest budget is going to be used for The Two Goals. Your participation is the tour will make a difference here, thank you.

The precautions to take and policies during tour:

The purpose of the tour is to give you a better understanding of life in the slums. There is no need to worry because there are police officers in the areas we visit and we have permission from the district to go there. But you should still be careful with your things.

・We have a strict no camera policy so I'm afraid that you won't be able to take any photos during the tour, except in selected areas using only smartphones. We have this policy to respect the residents. Just ask your guide when you want to take some pictures.

・Also, please avoid taking photos while using public transportation to prevent theft. We often use local transport such as Jeepneys and Tricycles, so please stay alert and enjoy your ride safely.

・There are not many possibilities to go to the toilet on the tour, so please use the restroom beforehand.

・Please don't give anything, like sweets, food or money to the people during the tour so that we don't get unwanted attention. For those who wish to donate, you can contribute through the feeding project, support locals, donate dog food, or make other requests. We will responsibly allocate your warm hearts to benefit the community. There is a donation page on this website, so please consider contributing there if you are willing.

We regret to inform you that no refunds can be issued for cancellations made after the booking has been confirmed. Your payment will be considered a donation. Please proceed with your reservation with this understanding.
